The Gym freaks

If you’re like me, you go to the gym for one reason only,..to try and stay in shape. You work for a living and just need 4-5 days a week to feel good. When you work out, you simply do your thing and move around from place to place.
There are however, those folks, that need to be seen. In order to accomplish this feat, these folks feel that they cannot simply use the machines or weights as they are intended,..NOOOO,..they make changes to the usage so as to get noticed.
1. One guy actually hangs upside down from the pull up bar, and does crunches. (very damaging to your back btw)
2. Another fella does shoulders smack dab in the middle of the gym, and whilst doing so, screams as if he’s passing a minivan through his bowels.
3. Then there’s the she-she female who needs to do squats while standing on the treadmill I’m using. (I like her
