New iPhone Antenna: Better Calls, More radiation.
Tuesday, June 15th, 2010The new Iphone is being devised with a new feature that the others didn’t have,..the ability to hold a call.
The iPhone 4, has a stainless-steel antenna that wraps around its sides. Previous iPhone models buried the antenna under the phone’s shell.
The new phone, which goes on sale June 24, puts out more radio-frequency radiation than its predecessor, according to Federal Communications Commission documents. That being said, enjoy your cool new I-Rad.

Incentive-izing Employees
Saturday, June 12th, 2010Many directors and managers choose to complain about employee’s work ethics, yet they have done nothing to give those same employees the opportunity to prove that they would “up their game” in the presence of incentive.
From these same leaders I have often heard “There is no money”, “People should have a good work ethic anyway”, and “They should just be happy to have a job.”.
Let’s use the current educational process of tenure as an example,..Teachers can just about committ mass murder and they are not going to lose their job,..nor are they going to get a raise unless it’s a contract year. What’s the end result? No incentive to try harder. While most educators want to kill me right now for having put that into writing, it doesn’t make it any less true.
If you provide your employees with incentive, and they still do not step up,..then it’s time to cut them. Here is a short list of the many incentives available, in lieu of immediate funds:
1. Cash (if it’s availble)
2. Extra days off
3. The ability to work from home
4. A 4 day work week for thos that show the effort.
5. The better cubicle.

This stuff simply writes itself. Does he feel he’s not tough enough,..ethnic enough,..angry enough. I also laughed when he said that he was on the shores in the rain before the media began covering this. If you were there that early genius,..how about yelling “STOP!”
Buying a laptop @ Best Buy
Sunday, May 30th, 2010Bought a new hp pav dv4 at best buy. For the money this is a great laptop. What I didn’t like is Best Buy’s method of trying to shove all unecessary support down your throat.
I did a good job of keeping them at bay but they still snuck one in on me.
They added something for $19.99 which is called “tech on call” or some garbage akin to that.
So when you want to buy a laptop at Best Buy,…do it online so nothing can sneak through.
